The Green Heart of Kenya
Kilifi is a place of exceptional natural beauty and an extraordinary place to live and work. By 2032 here will be three residential zones and three commercial areas, each nestled into and connected by the green landscape. Shady cycle and walking paths will allow for man powered movement even in the hot Kilifi weather, while roads will take a back seat, minimising their effect on wildlife and communities.
Buildings will be constructed from local low carbon materials, be designed to be climate smart and in keeping with the surrounding environment and building and community regulations will create an environment which is guaranteed to be maintained in the vision of the project forever.
Businesses will be invited and curated in such a way as to create a truly circular zero waste economy – a business ecosystem which creates win-win collaborative opportunities for companies around every corner.
