It also has one of the largest export-licensed Halal slaughter facilities in the region known as Choice Meats, that caters to diverse markets.
Premier Foods is one of the largest household brands in East Africa, with a diverse portfolio of over 50 products, housing household brand names PEP, PEPTANG and Orchid Valley. They are the leading producers of sauces in the region. Through backward integration, they engage directly with over 2,000 smallholder farmers in their value chain.
SN Sosuco is an industrial sugarcane plantation and processing plant with approximately 4,000 hectares of irrigated land nestled in South-West Burkina Faso. They transform approximately 300,000 tonnes of cane into 35,000 tonnes of sugar. It is one of the largest employers in the nation, with over 2,000 employees and impacting over 30,000 people in the Western region.
Ivoire Coton, an established player in the cotton industry, operates in the Northwest of Côte d'Ivoire. Their operations entail cotton seed production, collection, transportation and ginning, selling products to both local and international markets. It engages over 40,000 farmers, enhancing the livelihoods of rural communities and promoting sustainability.
