IPS is focused on employee health and well-being, through the Workplace Wellness Programme. The programme focuses on creating awareness and where possible, access to health services, for physical, psycho-social, and financial health. The programme also extends to thousands within the communities in which we operate across the group, through activities such as medical camps and wellness sensitisation.

There is a well-crafted policy that aligns with national and international laws, that gives every employee responsibility towards the safety program. IPS has professionally trained a team of safety champions that spearhead safety culture in all project companies. The team ensures that risks are assessed and mitigated, natural resources are conserved and employees, contractors, and the public are safeguarded.

Education & Training
Fostering a learning culture
Across the group,
we offer annual scholarships, internships and mentorship programmes
to nurture the leaders of tomorrow. We have also adopted a multi-sectoral capacity-building approach across the group and have invested over 10,000 man-hours annually. As part of our capacity building, we conduct frequent environmental committee training and virtual and in-person ESG sensitisation sessions for our staff.
