Where are we located?

Are your tanks double layered or not?
We have both double Layered Tanks and Single Layered tanks. Our big Tanks are mostly Single layered.
What time do you open?
We open between 8.00AM to 5.00PM Monday to Friday and 8.30AM to 1.30PM On Saturdays. We remain closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Do You have a stockiest in my Location?
We have authorized stockiest across RWANDA but kindly check with our sales office to see if your area is covered.
Apart from tanks which other products do you sell, are the products accessible on the website?
Yes, we have many in the segment of water storage & supply, various low cost sanitation products, variety of material handling products and Agri products and for information please navigate on the website. Online sales for majority of the products shall commence shortly.
Do we offer installations services?

Do we offer an option of paying in installments?
Yes, not directly but through our bank and MFI partners including SACCO’s. If you are an existing member of any SACCO, please ask your manager to contact us and we shall be happy to serve you.
What’s our warranty period
The expected lifespan of our products is 30 years. Aquasan provides standard warranty for it products. Kindly refer to our installation guidelines and Warranty terms and Conditions.
What’s your delivery timelines?
Aquasan has ready stock of material at any given point of time. Your specific order delivery timelines varies from point to point since we deliver across the country and based on route load. This may take 1-3 working days.
What are your payment options?
We accept most of the modern payments methods including Mobile money (MTN MOMO) and Card payments
What are the other services you provide?
We provide free of pre & post sale services which includes technical & operational guidance.
